Adjust Discharging Granularity of Impact Crusher

The gap adjusting can be realized with mechanical or hydraulic method. With the hydraulic adjusting system, the technicians can operate the buttons or long distance control system in order to complete the adjustment of the gaps. The friction of the hammer of this machine will show on the material facing side. When the rotator speed of the crushing equipment is normal, the material that is sent into the machine will fall on the surface of the hammer which is also the impacting face, for this reason, the back and the side face of the hammer will not suffer from friction. Even the material facing side has little friction. On the other hand, it is easy and convenient to change the crushing rod on the bottom of the machine. The metal utilization rate of the hammer of the impact crusher can reach as high as 45% to 48%.

There are only 6 hammers needed on the rotator of the impact crusher. The change of the bottom crushing chamber and rod will only need about minutes which can significantly decrease the time and fees for examination and maintenance. This crushing equipment can not only be used for crushing soft materials, but for materials with high hardness. The hammer of the impact crusher adopts the mechanical clump structure to fix firmly it on the rotator, for this reason, when the rotator rotates, it will have huge moment of inertia. Compared with hammer crusher with overhang hammer, the rotator of the impact crusher has bigger quantity of motion which is suitable for crushing materials with higher hardness property and at the same, it has low energy consumption.
