Three Factors Influencing Economic and Technical Performance of Cone Crusher
Cone crusher is a crushing machine that has very wide application in many industries such as modern mine, coal, chemistry and metallurgy, and its economic and technical performance determines the production cost and economic benefits of the manufacturing company. Cone crusher is mainly composed by machine rack, transmission shaft, eccentric bushing, globe bearing, crushing cone, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, spring and the discharging mouth, and its crushing process is realized by the fixed cone and the movable cone that conducts gyratory movement.
(1) The crushing chamber of cone crusher is formed by the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall, and the design of the crushing chamber has great influence on the economic and technical index of the crushing machine.
(2) The working parameters of this crushing has direct influence on the movement property of the bulk material in the crushing chamber, and it is mainly manifested on this: the gyratory speed of the main shaft of the crusher affects the movement state of the materials, thus influencing the working property of the crushing equipment.
(3) The movement stroke of the crushing chamber of cone crusher has great influence on working performance of this crusher. When the movement stroke increases, the compression ratio of the actual crushing layers will increase, and the quality of the crushed products will improve and the stipulated discharging granularity will also increase. Considering from the improvement of product quality, the movement stroke of the crushing layers can adopt the maximum value, and at the same time, the final products cannot be over crushed.
