The Internal Optimization of Hongxing Impact Crusher

The biggest disadvantage of impact crusher lies in that the plate hammer and the impacting plate are very easy to abrade, especially when crushing hard rocks; the abrasion is more serious, so that they often need to be replaced. For this reason, the consumption of the plate hammer and impacting plate of the impact crusher accounts for a large part of the later stage operational cost of the sand and stone production line. Hongxing implements internal optimization to the impact crusher and realizes further development in material processing. The outstanding features are listed as follows:

1. Impact crusher is suitable for crushing not only soft materials, but the materials with high hardness. The plate hammer of the impact crusher is fixed on the rotor adopting the machine clamping structure and it will have huge rotational inertia when rotating with the rotor. Compared with hammer crusher, the rotor of the impact crusher has bigger quantity of motion, so that it is suitable for crushing harder materials and the energy consumption is lower.

2. Impact crusher can effectively process materials with high moisture. When processing materials with high water content, the feeding chute and the impacting plate of the impact crusher can be equipped with heating device in order to prevent the materials from bonding. There is no need to equip bottom screen plate to avoid blockage. However, hammer crusher cannot be equipped with heating device and must be equipped with bottom screening plate, so that the blockage possibility is increased.

3. Impact crusher can flexibly and conveniently adjust the discharging granularity and the adjusting ranges are wide. This crushing machine can adjust the discharging granularity through many methods, such as adjusting rotor speed or the gap between the impacting plate and the grinding chamber. However, hammer crusher can only adjust the discharging granularity by changing the bottom screen plate.
