The Adjustment of Product Fineness of Eccentric Powder Machine

During the running process of eccentric powder machine, the fineness of the final products is a very important parameter. However, due to some reasons, the product fineness cannot satisfy the requirements of the customers, so that it is necessary to adjust the product fineness which can be realized from the following two aspects:

1. Adjust the cycle air quantity of the powder machine

The adjustment of the cycle air quantity relies on the amount of the big and small air blade. When the final products separated by the powder machine are too coarse, decrease the amount of the air blade so that the cycle air quantity upward inside the powder machine will be reduced, thus reducing the product fineness. In addition, the adjustment of the cycle air quantity can also be realized by changing the form of the small air blade.

2. Adjust the discharging fineness of the powder machine

The discharging fineness of the materials is related to the grading of the grinding media and the ventilation quantity inside the grinding mill.

(1) The filling rate of the grinding media inside the grinding mill is usually 30%~35%. If the filling rate is low, the grinding capacity of the grinding media and the materials will be small; then the flowing speed of the materials is too high, and finally the final products discharged out of the grinding mill will be coarse. At this time, the workers can decrease the amount of the big balls and increase the amount of the small ones to reduce the gaps between the grinding media, reduce the flowing speed of the materials and extend the grinding time, so that the fineness of the materials discharged out of the mill will be decreased. If the filling rate is too high, then electricity consumption of the grinding mill will increase and the output of the machine will decrease.

(2) The wind speed inside the grinding mill also directly influence the fineness of the discharged materials and it should be controlled within a suitable range.
