Application Analysis of Hammer Crusher

In operation, hammer can cause wear because of constantly impact and friction of the materials, so the hammer need to be changed in a time. Some Factors in Influencing the Hammer:
1.Characteristic of Materials to be Crushed:
The higher the hardness of the material, the higher the hammerhead of hardness requirements, so specific model crushers should keep fit feed size, which can reduce the influence of the hammerhead to a certain content and prolog use life.
2.The wear caused by the quality of hammerhead.
The hammerhead of high manganese steel materials cannot play fully in work, and it is fit for composite hammerhead, which can improve their hardness and keep good impact toughness. It efficiently improve use life of the hammerhead.
3.The structure and Geometry of the Hammerhead:
Different hammerheads structure and geometry has great effect on heat treatment of mechanical properties and internal structure of hammer crusher, especially large size hammerhead.
4.Structure Design of Hammer Crusher:
The power and speed of the rotor will not only affect the production capacity of the crusher, and but also related to the degree of hammerhead shock peened, so choosing reasonable speed, improving the structure of the grate, and keeping unobstructed layout.
